August 15, 2018 (Toronto, ON) – Dream Insurance Brokers Inc. is pleased to announce the hiring of Sheldon D. Williams as its first Head of Sales in beginning to expand its digital offerings across Ontario. Long experienced in a number of different insurance roles, he brings his past leadership and versatility to the position.

In this capacity, Sheldon will focus on guiding the company’s sales department in implementing both online and offline approaches. In addition, he will also be in charge of managing local and virtual members of the sales team. The goal is to build a group that reflects the current landscape of the insurance industry, both digital and traditional.

Starting his career at a call centre in 2001, Sheldon has held a variety of responsibilities in insurance over the span of almost two decades. Ranging from direct writer to Vice President of Business Development, he previously had success in the space through working alongside a virtual brokerage, citing the fast-evolving nature of the industry as key factor in his decision to join the Dream Team.
